The Beat is described as a sparkling floral woody fragrance. The notes feature bergamot, mandarin, Ceylon tea, cardamom, pink pepper, bluebell, iris, white musk, vetiver and cedar wood. It starts very bright, with tart fruit and juicy citrus. There are lots of pink pepper and a teensy little pinch of cardamom. The heart is sheer bluebell-ish florals, still very bright. The base is cool and pale and summery, and smoothed over with a smidgen of iris. It smells young and cheerful and clean.

**For long-lasting effects fragrance should be applied to the body pulse points. These include the wrist, behind the ear, crease of your arm and knee, and the base of your throat. Pulse points give off more body heat as this is where blood vessels are closest to the skin, therefore continually warming and releasing your fragrance. Also, for a lasting effect spraying fragrance lower on the body allows it to rise throughout the day.
